Velvet Atelier will make your dreams come true! My wedding dress was much more complicated than simply adjusting the waist and length, but everything turned out better I could have hoped. The sleeves you see in the photos? Victoria made them herself with extra lace from my dress. And the tasteful semi-sheer panel in the front was all her too. I also saw her for my little white dress for my engagement session and for two bridesmaid dresses (so far).
